  • 20 minute phone or video consultation Free

  • 60 Minute individual session $140.00

  • 90 minute individual session $210.00

  • 60 minute student rate $110.00

  • 60 minute couples session $150.00

  • 60 minute groups session $65.00

  • 80 minute couples session $200.00

Fees

Prepay session fees are as follows:

  • Four 60 minute individual sessions $520.00

    (a $40.00 savings)

  • Four 60 minute couples sessions $560.00

    (a $40.00 savings)

**A sliding scale is available to certain clients based on financial need.

Please note: payments are not refundable and cancellations need to be made 24 hours before the appointment. 

Insurance:
Some extended health benefit plans and other insurance plans may cover counselling services offered by Stacey.

Please talk to your insurance provider before your first session and ask if they cover counselling services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

  • Credit Card through Jane software

  • Credit Card through PayPal software. Please note that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account.

It is critical that the counselling relationship be a right fit for both you and your therapist. It is strongly recommended that you do not pre-book any counselling sessions on-line without first meeting with Stacey in the free 20 minute consultation.  If it turns out that Stacey cannot be of service to your individual needs, she will be more than happy to provide you with referrals and point you in the right direction.

Confidentiality
All information shared with Stacey either over the phone, in a voicemail, in person, or through email remains strictly confidential.
The only instances that confidentiality would be compromised are if:

  • There is a risk of imminent danger to an identifiable third party or to self.

  • There is suspicion of child abuse or neglect.

  • A disclosure is ordered by a court.

  • The client has agreed to share information with another person (e.g., physician, family member, etc).
