“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”

-Joe Keane
Before moving back to Vancouver Island, BC, and founding Inner Light Counselling in 2012, Stacey spent several months at Las Piramides, a yoga and meditation retreat located on beautiful Lake Atitlan in San Marcos, Guatemala. On this retreat, Stacey studied the Kabalistic Tree of Life, Lucid Dreaming, the Kybalion, Astrology, Numerology, Alchemy, and the Tarot. She also became certified in Shaluha-Ka Therapy, an ancient healing technique based on the Tree of Life that involves crystal healing, aura cleansing, and hands-on energy balancing using the four elements of the earth: earth, fire, water, and air. She also engaged in 40 days of silence in meditative contemplation during her time there. For more information about Las Piramides and the exceptional spiritual teachings offered, please visit Las Piramides del Ka.
Stacey’s private practice, Inner Light Counselling Services, is located on Vancouver Island, BC. When Stacey is not working with her clients, you can find her enjoying yoga, meditation, hiking, reading, writing, or spending quality time with her family and friends.
“I feel it is my duty to continue with my own spiritual work, especially while working with clients and encouraging them to awaken to their heart’s own song. The ability for a client to do their work in a session depends on the depth of my own transpersonal explorations. Thus, a constant regimen of yoga, meditation, and contemplation is an invaluable practice for me as I continue of life’s sacred journey alongside my clients.”
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
